The final move depends on whether or not you want it as a rapid spinner of as a stealth rock - roar wall. It makes a great physical wall, and with Ice Shard, it is a very good counter to Dragonite and Garchomp.

A donphan with no way to heal is sad...I mean, it works, but rest REALLY helps it.
