Help on pokemon dungeon exploers of time

    Hey well i got explorers of time but im stuck :{.I already beat darkria and i dont know how to get manaphy so i can evolve my starter pokemon.Any help would be awsome.
     
    manaphy will join you after a few missions, you can't get it in a dungeon or something.
