which pokemon in LG/FR has the highest base attack and wich one has highest sp. defense.

I am not sure if this is the right place for you to ask.
Shuckle has the highest Sp. Defense, but you need Emerald/Colo/XD to trade it to FR/LG, otherwise Mantine obtainable in LG has the highest Sp. Def with 140 (not counting legendaries from other games and event Pokemon).
As for Attack, Dragonite (again, no events or Pokemon unobtainable in FR/LG).
