[LGPE] Help pleeeeaaase, need a competitive dragonite

I need a adamant or jolly competitive play dratini or any of its evolutions, I can trade a shiny muk, zubat, or raichu. The raichu has 5 perfect iv and naughty nature I believe. I want the dragonite to have 5 perfect ivs

you can make one pretty easy. farm a gold bottlecap. go to the nature changer in celedon city and have her make adamant pokemon show up cost 10,000.get a chain of 20 on route 2 and watch dragonite show up with a lure on. if you want chain combo dragonite for a perfect iv competive. but if you wanna help me finish my pokedex that be nice of you.

I got to catch combo 25 and didn't get anything good, I use the fortune teller. I farmed gold berries which was pretty boring TBH, got my chain to 24 after 2 tries as dratini runs really easy:(
But the results were no good, nothing even over 60% IV's when I'm going for 90% plus :(

Wait so is what you are trying to tell me is a chain combo of a diff Pokemon could still result in high IV of a different Pokemon?

no you have to chain the same pokemon up to like 110 for 6iv pokemon i was on a chain of like 29-35 when i saw a dratini near the power plant it be easier to go for dragonkight since he is in the sky everywhere after a high chain combo with a diffrent pokemon. apparently once you catch one rare pokemon it spawns more.
