Help! Pokemon area issue.

    I'm rearranging the map for my fire red hack, but I have no idea on how to get the pokedex to correctly display where the map is relative to the others. The pokedex highlights part of the map where the pokemon can be found, but It highlights the wrong part, any Idea on how to fix this? The highlighted area should be on the other side of the route.
