Help ~ Pokemon Cellphone Rings

Okay. I'm not sure if anyone can help with this, but I'm gonna try anyway...
I went to the Pokemon Mobile website, which has cellphone rings and wallpapers and such, and a bought one of the Pikachu cellphone rings... for $2.00... x_x
It sent, downloaded and now its in my phone's audio folder.

Its suppose to be a ringtone, but its a different file than the phone's default ringtones, and because of that I can't figure out how to set it as a ring.
The cellphones default ringtones have a 'right-click' like action that says 'Set as Ringtone.' but the Pokemon one doesn't have it...

Is there just no hope for this?

I mean seriously, if it doesn't work with certain cellphones they should say so on the freaking site then.. but it did say that the rings worked with Cingular phones, and thats what I have... T-T so it shouldn't be this hard...

Hmmmm, try going back to the website, and see if that ringtone is compatable with your phone. But other than that, I can't help you, because I don't have a cell phone. Why, because I don't use the phone, I use the internet. XD
