Is there anyone who can help me change the % of finding a shiny in Pokemon Silver to 25% change please.


I know that it's in the disassembly at color.asm

In gen 2 pokemon are shiny if they have a specific set of DVs, and the code you posted is checking that.
You should decide on a different set of DV requirements which have a 25% chance of occurring, and change the code to check for those instead.
