HELP ! Pokemon White Team Setup

have just started Pokemon White few days ago. So far, I have had:
Drilbur
Sandile
Yamask
Darumaka
Sigilyph
Munna
Throh
Blitzle
Dewott
Roggenrola
Petilil
Cottonee
Zoroark
Tirtouga ( haven't had yet but had the Cover Fossil )
Herdier
Patrat
Pansear
Dwebble
Sewaddle
Please give me some advice for a good party. Tell me if i should catch any pokemon. I am now at the Nimbassa City. This is my planning team:
1. Tirtouga ( to replace Dewott & Roggenrola -> save slot )
2. Throh ( Awesome fighter, must keep )
3. Sigilyph ( More powerful Psychic pokemon than Munna )
4. Blitzle ( the only Electric i could find )
5. Sandile ( Dark type to defeat those Psychic people.)
6. Darumaka ( best Fire so far )

You should use Petilil! Blitzle actually turns out to be pretty terrible. There was so much hype for that thing and it all led to disappointment. Petilil can still get rid of opposing Water types like Blitzle could have, and also takes out Ground and Rock. And it's adorable. Can't go wrong there. (Lilligant is cool too, if you're into evolving...lol)

Throh becomes kind of shabby at a certain point, as well. I'd go for Mienfoo when you can get one. I believe that's around gym 7 though.

 

[Hiatus]

If your Cottonee's got Trickster ability (that's what it's called, right?), then you should definitely consider giving it a go. Thanks to that, you'd always be able to strike first when attacking with non-damaging moves, and this could be quite annoying to opponents. Not only that, but it's also an extremely fun strategy to utilize, in my opinion. When it evolves into Whimsicott, you should be having an even easier time using this Pokémon. I've had it before, and it never seemed to have failed me; I love it!

You could also give Drilbur a shot, if you wish. Once it evolves into Excadrill, it could be taking down opponents for you without breaking a sweat; its offensive stats are pretty powerful.

I used to think Petilil is pretty awful because it is quite slow. However, when I evole it using the Sun Stone i get in Nimbassa city, I found that Lilligant has pretty nice Speed with a lot of S.Attack. It's awesome. Really thank you. And one more thing, even if Mienfoo is better, it only appears later on route 14, so i think i should keep Throh until Route 16.(After that, i will get Mienfoo lv.49 and train it a little bit, It will evole into the awesome Mienshao just at Lv.50. WOW ! )

It has the ability Prankster, allows Status move to go first, but however, Conttonee and Whimsicott have pretty nice Speed stats that nearly always allow them to strike first so 'Prankster' sometimes not very useful. And I am more into attacking to i think Cottonee's movepool won't help me alot. However, i think Cottonee is really quite better than a lot of Pokemons ( such as Maractus or Cherubi, Hoppip ). Please tell me more if i didn't realize any more good points about this Pokemon.

Prankster is the only thing why people use Whimsicott, haha. You could try giving it actual attacks, but its offensive stats aren't that great, though, so it won't be able to perform too well.
