4th Gen Help, Strange Pokeball

hi. i need some help. i obtained a magmortar in a trade but it is in this weird pokeball which i have never seen before. the pokeball looks like a premire ball but i has red marks all over it as well as white. when i send magmortar out lines and a ring of sparks circle around it. it does not have any seals on it. could any one help me out please?. Archer

I'm guessing it's a Cherish Ball which would make that pokemon hacked.

no it doesn't if its in Japanese then its from an event they had aweek after the release of d/p

its not a chresh ball becuase it will be completely red. it basicly looks like a safari ball but red & white.

damn i allways get traded hacked pokemon for some reason. expecialy pokemon i want.

well if it makes it easier. the magmortar was obtained as a magby at stark mountain. but its just the ball. i looks like one of those red and white lolly pops by hubba bubba lol.

its not a timer ball. i know strange isnt it. i traded my shiny tailow for it too. i didnt know it was in a seemly impossible pokeball. yeah when i send it out, glitter and lines come out. it looks cool actually but ive never seen anything like it.

no the pokemon isnt shiny. thats what the ball does when it opens in battle.

true but its just a Norm magmortar. just picture a safari ball with red 7 white stripes instead and thats what it looks like.

yeah everyone had told me that. but its nothing like them. the ball had ovb been hacked. the magmortar is real though because it was obtained at stark mountain etc. im gonna either release it or box it.
