Is there any way to instert Cyrillic characters in the 3rd gen at all?I saw Fire Red translated to Russian
and I was surprised,and now I want to try to translate the some of the 3rd gen games in my language.
But is it possible to instert Cyrillic characters in the games,because two or maybe three days ago I readed a post(it was quite shot so its not an article) that Game Freak included some characters,but never used them.So is there a way?

Edit:Is there a text-editing tool for 4th gen that supports Cyrillic alphabet?Because if I can't translate the 3rd gen I want to translate the 4th gen.

There are no Cyrillic characters currently in the game, so you will need to modify the font.
After that, you simply need to modify the scripts into the language of your choice.
