[Other] Help using gbc Hex pointers

    I need help using gbc hex pointers which are two bytes long. Theres an article on data crystal but it talks about making them. I need to use them to find The offset there pointing to, is there an equation I can use.

    I have tried the reverse of what it says on the data crystal article. didn't work
