Help whit a Top trainer cafe in my fan game.

I want to make a Top trainer cafe in my fan game.

Wher you can meet strong trainers like the Gym leaders, stronger npc players like Red,Blue,Silver,May or Brandon, Elite 4 and champions and frontier Brains.

Its like the cafe you have in Pokemon Platinum.

It will open after you have battle Elite 4.

And whits trainers that pop up in the cafe is desidet whit what day of the week it is.
exs: On Monday you can meet Brock, Lt. Surge, Red and May.

I hope enybody can help me whit this.
I realy want this in my game and i realy don`t know how to do this.
