Help with a team im building. Cant decide on my last pokemon

If you feel we are such nerds, then leave the damn forum. You are proving yourself to be a huge hypocrite. You've been in this game for 12 years, and think you're an expert? Get over yourself. Your question was answered, and in none of my post had I ever insulted you.

All I, or anyone here, did was give you constructive critisism. If we were getting off-topic, politely say,"I need no EV help, just a 6th poke". But no. You mouth off like a spoiled child.

And now youi can check the PM I sent you so you can now understand what has happened to strategies and movesets. we're all pokemon nerds now.

My battle record...they're usel;ess, but you didn't respect my opinion, and I was trying to show you I actually do know what I'm talking about.

Anyhow, sims covered most of what I was gonna say...so here...

your EVs are terrible. Half of your pokemon don't have good IVs. To have a REAL team, you must strive for perfection. If you don't want to, don't ask for a rate. Simple.

you see, slaking kinda does need speed lol...IT'S A SWEEPER! they kind of...scratch that...they CRAVE speed. don't talk to me about experience. Time means nothing, only who you've played and your battle experiences. you clearly haven't fought the aragornbirds and richard steels of the world. we see that. we try to help. You flame us. We get angry...it's human nature.

You see, your team lacks several roles good teams have. you have no rapid spinner, or heal beller...no pokemon covers both roles (except lol smeargle lol) so it6 wouldn't matter what I gave you for the sixth slot.

you can't counter heracross, so when you WoW and it switches in to activate guts, you're gonna get BURNT. Scarfcross, CBcross...I don't care what it is, it'll kill you, especially since you don't have a proper counter. you could use gliscor for your last slot, but then you'd have no spinner or heal beller.

then there's electivire. Vire murders this team. so if you choose gliscor, ice punch says hi. Of course, gliscor would win that fight with EQ, but it would be severely dented. Gliscor can't counter vire, so that wouldn't work.

Now I'll move on to DDmence. did I mention you don't have a PHazer? Nope, but now I did. Anything, not just DDmence...that has power-up potential...gyarados, DDtar, DDmence, DDnite...all can murder you since there isn't any way to stop them. In fact, if your opponent has a dragon, they can scout for and destroy milotic, and use any DDer as their late game sweeper and sweep your entire team.

Now let's go to CBers. you could get a counter for them for your last slot, but AGAIN would leave far too many roles to be filled. If you choose to forget about CBers, random earthquakes, stone edges, and focus punches will fly your way and you'll be helpless to stop them...unless you use spot-on prediction, but htem the opponent-if they're any good-will destroy come up with a gameplan on the fly and destroy counters, then proceed to ravage you with rhyperior's CB megahorn.


There, that's a nice little rate.
 
Twelve Years? I believe Pokemon was released when I was in the 2nd or 3rd Grade. So that's only nine to ten years. Unless you played Red/Green, which would be cool if it's true, then you're recounting of your experience is off. And, you're blatant, rude response to other's criticisms is astounding. You came here to have your team rated by others, meaning you should of expected to hear advice from others you wouldn't be happy with. By responding in such a manner, there is small chance that those who have been treated in a rude manner will respond in a similar way. While there's no excuse for childish bickering, it's human nature to respond when we feel threatened. You could of simply said, "I understand your point of view, but I'd prefer to train in my own manner." I'll agree that some posters (no insult meant to you all), tend to overreact when someone says they'd prefer to not EV train. You have to understand that they know that in order to achieve success in Wi-Fi Competitive battling, you need proper IVs and EVs on every Pokemon. While each of your Pokemon possess respectable IVs in certain stats, they are lacking in other IVs that are vital to survival. So please, act your age (21) and respond in a mature manner. And to stay on topic, here's my assessment of your team:

Slaking - Physical Sweeper
Milotic - Dual Wall
Dusknoir - Dual Wall
Magnezone - Special Sweeper
Tyranitar - Mixed/Physical Sweeper

I'd suggest a tank (Donphan might fit well in this team) who can take damage and deal it right back. Alas, read Anti's suggestions. You're team is sorely missing vital roles to any successful team.

Yeah...not to mention that without a cleric/heal beller, random will-o-wisps, thunder waves, and other status affects (especially toxic, which is a pain without a cleric) will cripple your team horribly and will pretty mkuch destroy your chances of winning.

As much as I apreciate the support, it's okay to disagree with me. It's the way candymancan handled it that bugs me. I can continue with my rant about the flaws of this team.

TTar hurts this team so much...with slaking, you have to switch a lot...and milotic needs self-recovery from lefties. Sandstream pounds on slaking and takes away milo's recovery.
 
But I think maybe trade slaking with gallade.
 
Candymancan, calm down. @_@; If you don't like what they say, you don't have to explode about it. You can be polite about it, believe it or not.

Although I do suggest that if you don't want your IV/EVs picked out, that you either just ask for what you do want, or you don't post at all. A big part of this forum is about the IVs and the EVs, and if you don't want to be picked on because of what you want to do, then it's best not to prevent all this and not post at all. It'll save a lot of headaches, both on the member and the mod side of things.
It sounds a bit mean, but that's just the nature of the forum in my eyes. :/

Well, those are just my thoughts, anyway. :x
