[Graphics] Help with adding more Overworld Sprites

So ive been trying to figure out how to do this for a while now but tbh i just dont know what to do

if i want to add overworld sprites to emerald i will probably have to use a hex editor to extend the list of overworld sprites in some fashion as well as the palletes i am sure i just want to add the overworld icons from Frlg for mewtwo, celebi, the 3 legendary trios from gen 1 and 2 and create a new one for jirachi

anyways i am unsure if anyone has done this before or not but i need 9-10 slots

unfortunately afaik there is no way to do it unless you are skilled at ASM and find a way to reproduce JPAN's method for FireRed. Try replacing OWs you are not using with what you need.

is there a way to shadow an overworld sprite so the actual appearance is hidden? also atm im using pokeballs for my legendary pokemon scripts since there is no ow sprite for mewtwo, celebi, articuno, zapdos, Moltres, Raikou, Entei, Suicune or Jirachi
