Help with Champion Lance in Pokemon HeartGold

Hey. Leveling up is good. And you would probably want something like DragonBreath or any other dragon type move that doesn't have a set amount of damage taken from the opponent. So Outrage could also be good. just switch it after the second turn cuz it may get confused. Teach those moves to Gyarydos. But I got nothin else... Hope I helped!
