I really need help with the Cool, Smart, Cute and tough contest. But I need some good Pokemon, moves and berries. Any ideas?

The berries to use are Enigma for coolness, Micle for beauty, Custap for cute, Jaboca for smart, and Rowap for tough though I only have 3 of those =/
