[ASM & Hex] Help with editting move animations

    I went on Choas rush's Pokemon move editting thread and followed the night slash step and it worked fine but when I tried to create a move that would have hyper voice as an animation but with a stary background but every time to input the code the background would never disappear. Iv'e made sure to input the end bg command, get rid of the old 08 command and add another 08 to the end of the code but it never worked. If anyone could help me with this it would be greatly appreciated.
