help with EV training

    well i dont see any big changes in my darkrai sp.atk and speed when will the change happen? to make it like 400stat or somthing like that will i see the change when it lvs to 100
     
    idk then. all i do know is that before lv. idk, 40, it doesnt do it right away, but spreads out over levels
     
    Stat changes happen gradually as you raise it. When I EV trained my Gallade for Attk. and Spd., it took a long time to kick in. But as it reached the upper 60's and 70's and even 90's, it began getting +8 or 9 for those stats when leveling up. However, if it's Lv.91 and you have no results yet at all, it seems a bit troubling. Are you sure it had no EV's already when you began training it?
     
    Once you finish EV training and level it up once without Rare Candies, the EVs will be applied gradually for the rest of its levels. It many not be noticeable at first, but you will see it eventually.

    So if you level it once without rare candies after the EVs are fully applied, you can rare candy it the rest of the way?

    I think Ichida means don't worry about the spread yet. Just continue to EV train. For example, when I wiped my lvl 62 Torterra clean of all EV and started training in HP and gave him 100 EV, his HP stat jumped by 20. But when I trained a newly hatched Oddish, andgave him 80 HP EV'S, it only got 3 stat increase. By the time he got to lvl 35, his HP was 85.
     
    ok thx for everybody help i will post an update to tell if it wrked or not cause my darkrai is now lv94
     
    What are its IVs and nature? The only stat of Darkrai's that will reach 400+ is SAttk, and that's with a plus nature.
     
    dont have that info cause my lil sis is playin the ds >.>
