Help with ingame team building?

    Okay, so I'm doing yet another run-through of Pokemon Y. Currently in my team, I have Quilladin, Pidgeotto, Vespiquen, and Litleo. I know I need a pokemon with the ability to use surf, and I'd really like to use Dragalge. Though, I'm torn because I also want to use a Reuniclus and a Jolteon, but I don't want to get rid of Vespiquen (seeing as that's the only option if I want to keep a pokemon that can learn fly, like pidgeotto). Just help me decide please :)
