Help with moveset/ev spread for Togekiss

I'm thinking Togekiss will be my new special sweeper. Ok I have no idea which way to go with the EV's since it's good in defense, sp. def, and sp. attack. I have a general idea of a moveset though:

Flamethrower
Psychic
Shadow ball
????

Any help is appreciated. Also, what should its held item be?

- Standard ParaFlincher set. Thunder wave first and keep Air Slashing. Air slash's flinch rate doubles to 60%, plus the paralysis rate which brings it to 85%. Which means every turn, there is an 85% chance of the opponent not attacking.

Yea, ParaFlinch Togekiss is considered a sweeper.

And pure sweeper Toge should always have flamethrower.

It depends on the team, flamethrower isn't great with this moveset since it covers less types.

 

[Waffle-San]

The only thing flamethrower is good for is Skarmory. Air Slash covers Bug and grass types, while Aura Sphere covers Steel and Ice.

Definately liking this one. Thanks for suggesting it man. I wish I would have checked this before I got a Pikachu with nasty plot... wasted almost 200 grand and a lot of time lol. I was originally going to make it a baton passer but decided not to when I saw your moveset.
