Help with my Battle Subway Team

Looking to finally go through some of the trains on the Battle Subway. So far, I've put together this team. Any suggestions or team replacements would be greatly appreciated.

I wanted a Modest Hydreigon with Dark Pulse here with 4HP, 252 SpA, 252 Speed, but I'm unable to breed one at the moment...so this is what I'm settling on for this first spot.
