    Useless and/or bad cards:

Hedge Guard -- overall bad card. Limited use.
Gemini Elf -- vanilla, no support.
Debris Dragon -- few targets, cannot synch with anything given the current Extra Deck.
Road Synchron -- Road Warrior isn't that great and his synch ability is just bad, really.
Atlantean Pikeman -- just a bad card in general.
    Battle Ox
Arcane Apprentice -- no target. Doesn't fit deck strategy.
Speed Warrior -- bad. Somewhat used with Junk Synchron, and some potential, but weak.
Des Koala -- doesn't fit deck strategy. Works with Rescue Cat.
Nitro Synchron -- weak, bad effect.
    Cyber-Tech Alligator
Penquin Soldier -- doesn't fit deck strategy.
Black-Wing Bora the Spear -- doesn't fit deck strategy.
    Quillbolt Hedgehog -- limited use.
Saber Beetle -- doesn't fit deck strategy; no support.
Winged Rhynos -- doesn't fit deck strategy.
Magna Drago -- doesn't fit deck strategy.
    Truckroid
    Hunter Dragon -- etc.
Ancient Gear Golem -- should never leave Ancient Gear theme decks; hard-to-summon, no support.
The Dragon Dwelling in the cave -- bad.
Turbo Booster -- hard summon reqs; wasted summon if Normal; weak effect.

Level Returner -- didn't show up on any searches.
Scrap Iron Scarcrow -- formidable, but weak. Keep it in if you like.
Battle mania -- not worth it.
Ebon Arrow -- not worth it; short effect, will often end in failure; stronger things can take its place.
X2 Urgent tuning -- may or may not be worth it; the synchs given aren't really suited to this kind of thing.

Lucky Iron Axe -- just bad.
Double Tool C&D -- single target that most likely will not appear on the field, given the state of the monsters.
X2 De-Synchro -- not nearly as versatile as De-Fusion. May want to keep in if you change the Extra Deck.
    Malevolent Nuzzler -- bad.
    Emergency Provisons -- little use.
Axe of Despair -- shouldn't rely on cards like this.
    Fighting Spirit -- maybe.
    Synchro Boost -- little use.
Fissure -- weak card overall. Smashing Ground is better.

&If you wanna use Power Tool C&D, you NEED to use a Morphtronic deck.

Alright, so I've weeded out some cards from your deck. Most of the problem lied in the monsters. In order to make a successful deck around Synchs, you need to pick out a few core Synchro monsters which are both powerful or gamebreaking, such as "Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier" or "Goyo Guardian." Both are very good choices because they are extremely easy to get out and have amazing effects. You may want to also add in "Black Rose Dragon" because it can save the game by wiping the field, but ONLY use it as a last resort. "Dark Strike Fighter" is also a VERY good Synchro.

Bear in mind the levels of the monsters as well. You want to pick monsters and tuners that are able to EASILY get the monsters out.

6-starred Synchros are especially easy because you can pull them out with a variety of methods, such as:

    (1) Rescue Cat tribute for X-Saber Airbellum and another L3 Beast and Synch.
    (2) Have a 4-starred monster and Plaguespreader Zombie revive from the Graveyard.
    (3) Marauding Captain and Special Summon a L3 Tuner.

In addition, 8-starred monsters can be created by tuning a L6 Synchro with an L2 Tuner! Since most tuners are L2 *cough Plaguespreader,* you can easily get an L8 by getting an L6 out first.

For example, you have a L4 Monster in your hand, a Limit Reverse set, and a Plaguespreader in the Grave. Reverse the Zombie back up and Synch to make Gaia or Iron Chain Dragon (don't waste your Brionac or Goyo for this!) and then send a card back to the top of the deck to recur Plaguespreader and Synch him with your new L6 Synchro. Good targets are Red Archfiend Dragon and Stardust Dragon.

In conclusion, there are a lot of powerful Tuner cards which are built to easily summon different Synchros:

    (1) Alien Ammonite -- L1, summons an L4 from the grave to make Gol'gar (or any other L5).
    (2) Black Salvo -- L3, summons an L4 from the grave to make Dark Strike Fighter (or any other L7).
    (3) Copy Plant -- LX, copy anything and make an even-starred Synch OR copy Lonefire Blosson to make it L3 and then use Lonefire to Special Summon an L4 and make an L7 (Black Rose Dragon).
    (4) Junk Warrior -- L3, summons L2 to make Junk Warrior (or any other L5).

It's not recommended to use every single one of these, obviously. Alien Ammonite should stick in an Alien Deck; Copy Plant in a plant deck, and Junk Warrior in a warrior deck.

Add the following cards: Plaguespreader Zombie (only one), Limit Reverse (most Tuners are low ATK, so this is great for pulling them out), Brionac, DSF, Goyo, Reinforcements of the Army (for Marauding, Junk Warrior), etc.

Recommended: 3x Marauding, 3x Junk Warrior, Silent Swordsman L2, etc.

Redo your monsters and post them up, so I can analyze their levels and suggest some more support.

Okay then Gymnotide, what Special Edition Pack should I get then? Crimson Crisis, Ragiing Battle, Duelist Genisis, Roads of Chaos, or the Duelist pack Yusei Fudo?

    duelist genesis

in this pack you can get the card geo bomb which deals the attack points of all cards your opponent has in play and deals them as life point damage, but you need to give up 1000 life points too.bbb
