they are nuch batter water type than floatzel but psychic type like kazzam would fit in the the 6th place

Well, Gyarados might work, but what I really want to help you with your Roserade.

Roserade
Weather Ball
Sunny Day
Energy Ball
Sludge Bomb

OR...

Roserade
Leaf Storm
Sludge Bomb
Shadow Ball
Leech Seed/Synthesis

The latter set must be breed to get Leaf Storm
