The kind of team that I'm going for is a Mixed Sweeper Team, but consisting of individual Physical and Special Sweepers and one Wall :o

I'm not sure about my EV Spread that I put onto it, but I plan to fix it up for 252Atk/252Spd/4Hp

It "Likes to Run"
Not sure as well, plan to fix up EVs to 252SpAtk/252Spd/4Etc

No clue about EVs on this, I sent it over from Sapphire

Although I have Rayquaza and Milotic in my team, I don't really like either. I only had Rayquaza in this team because I was using it to train my Pokemon in the Elite Four, since it could take care of Lance's team. But now that Porygon-Z has gotten much stronger, I don't really need Rayquaza. Same with Milotic, I thought that having a Wall would be somewhat entertaining, but I really don't like defensive approaches.
I want to replace Rayquaza with something else so that my team isn't technically "Uber" and I kind of want to replace Milotic with an Phys.Sweeper Gyarados, but that Gyarados can't use Surf...
Another issue is that I don't know if I should incorporate Surf/Fly into this team because I really don't want to, but I need them to travel around :\
So... help please! :) Tell me if I should change some Pokemon, items, or movesets!
