    okay so first off sorry for making a help thread when i could actually ask in the other thread but the thing is i did ask in the fire red 649 thread but no one answered and soon enough the thread was closed so here i am asking you guys on this thread for help so im trying to edit the sprites in fire red 649 but i cant open it in Gen 3 Hacking Suite or Advance Sprite editor if u guys can be so kind as to put the .ini file for download for me ill greatly appreciate it
