[Other] Help with Rom Hacking

    Hi. I'm trying to edit a hack rom to my liking, but I'm having some beginner's questions.

    So, firstly, I would like to remove EV Vitamin's limit on HGSS using this tutorial here.

    I used an application called 'Tinke' n the rom I would like to modify (in this case, it's the Storm Silver hack from Drayano. I'm trying to modify it for myself). What do I do now? The tutorial does not give any instructions on how to proceed. How do I decompress 'arm9.bin'? I didn't even find that file.

    I found the 'a/ 0/1/7' folder and managed to extract it using the application, but I have no idea how to edit it from now on.

    Finally, after I manage to change the vitamins, I would also like to edit some wild Pokémon. I'm sure I'm having beginner's problems with this. Could someone help me with it?
