3rd Gen Help with ruby.

    Caught 195.

    Prof. Birch says "You have nearly completed this pokedex i can feel it in my bones!"

    But theres 200 on the pokedex. None are missing and they are all caught.

    I'm missing 137-140 what are they?

    Igglybuff Jigglypuff and Wigglytuff.

    Get two jigglypuffs either by catching or trading, breed them to get Igglybuff and then Use a moonstone on one to get wigglytuff.
     
    I have them but i have 198/200 now i gotta get a kingdra.
     
    got them all i got was the diploma.. thought ill get something from prof birch
     
    If you get them all in Emerald you get to choose from the three starters from Johto.
     
    Oh nice lol I'll probaly just load up Emerald on a emulator quick then.
