    I'm new to competitive battling here's my team

    this team is to battle my friends and maybe a few people over wifi

    I really don't want to get rid of Lapras, Torterra, or Jolteon
    the other three I have no problem getting rid of for something better and not so OU
     
    Give your Skarmory Drill Peck instead of toxic. I also think Lapras would work better this way:

    Lapras @ Focus Sash
    EVs: 252 ATK, 252 SPD, 6 HP
    Nature: Adamant
    -Dragon Dance
    -Waterfall
    -Avalanche
    -Confuse Ray
     
    Leftovers on Torterra, as luck-based items like Quick Claw are frowned upon in competitive play. Of course, if your friends are casual battlers, I don't think they'd mind. Still. Seed Bomb over Wood Hammer on Curseterra imo.

    Hasty on Infernape, put those Attack EV's into Speed. Close Combat decimates Blissey already.

    I don't really like DDPras (and there's no way that anything sans stat boosts is going to OHKO ANY Lapras, meaning that Focus Sash is useless on it), so here's yet another alternate set, one that will last long:

    Lapras @ Leftovers
    EV's: Some in Sp. Atk, but most spread out across the defenses and HP
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    Trait: Water Absorb
    - Ice Beam
    - Surf / Thunderbolt
    - Rest
    - Sleep Talk

    For Jolteon, use either Thunder Wave (though redundant with Blissey), Agility, or Baton Pass. You could also use Baton Pass and put Agility over Substitute to pass Speed.

    Let's get Whirlwind on Skarmory over Roar please. I believe you have to breed Whirlwind onto Spearow/Fearow via Starly/Staravia/Staraptor or Pidgey/Pidgeotto/Pidgeot, and then breed the Spearow/Fearow with Drill Peck/Whirlwind with a Skarmory.

    yeah my friends have already had trouble taking down my lapras

    I want to get rid of the SkarmBliss combo but I have no idea who could replace them

    I'll go with Sphere's idea of Rest/Sleep Talk Lapras. It will make it a good wall.

    Never use rest for Torterra, cause he will be wide open to an Ice move. I could be wrong, though.
     
    yeah sleep talk lapras seems to work better for me

    I have to rebreed now though
