No. Togekiss only learns 4 moves after evolution, and those are the moves that can be relearned, However, I think Togetic can learn Baton Pass, if you're willing to wait until it learns it before evolution.
Well,when u get to blackthorn (with a heartscale) Go to the house to the left of teh pokemon center and look for the move tutor,and check if it can relearn it....Just checked nope that dont work. Um....you can catch a ditto and put it in daycare and put togekiss in it.... and wait till an egg apperes,and cycle up and down goldenrod. And then train that new one all over again D: But,i wouldnt waste my time for ONE move....
This is off topic but...How`d you get that trainer card? and get it to stay in ur sig? I cant get the ones i make too..lol
