    I am not sure where to put this so i am putting it here.
    I am making my own Pokemon game entirely on its own story hacked from Emerald.
    I need 2 programs that i haven't found yet for the rom.

    1. How to add Pokemon from pearl and diamond to the rom.
    2. A well based program that can allow me to create a pokemon and put it into the game including the icon as well!

    Please Help!!
    I have searched and theses are the only 2 I cannot find.
