    Where do i get the coin case from on emerald....i really wanna gamble but i cant find the coin case :(
     
    Well... if I remember, you get the coin case in mauville city. Just give the person, who wants to go to Slateport to buy a Harbor mail, a Harbor mail and you'll receive the coin case.
    Btw, shouldn't this question go into the Simple Questions thread?
