    I am Really new to Rom hacking. I wanna develop games because that is what I've wanted to do. As a freshman going into high school I must know Codes and stuff to make a game and since this is one way I can make a game (Besides scratch) I decided to start but I am new to rom hacking so I wanted to know if anyone who knows a lot or is an expert at it can help me out. If you can comment down below and if you have any form of communication (I'd say steam) Then it would help me.
