    Where can I get a dragon scale in Ruby/Fire Red?!?! I need one for my seadra! Please help me... I'm desparate... *does puppy whie*
     
    In the water in the Water Trail on Six Island there is one on a small patch of sand. It is near the beginning of the trail and it is kinda of hidden.
