Hey everybody first timer

I'm new to this whole online Pokemon experience and I'm looking forward to meet and chatting with a lot of you. But i suppose i should get down to brass tax. I am looking for some trade partners, or at least people who know how to get me to find some rare Pokemon so i can trade, I've logged 178 hours into my Platinum game, and i still feel i haven't accomplished much. So here's to the forumer's out there, if you think you can help or just give me any sort of advice, that would be very appreciated. Stay Catching.

You're definitely doing better than I, my good sir. I don't believe I have anywhere near 178 hours logged on my Platinum. I-I don't think I've ever logged that much time on any video game before, to be honest. D:

I'm sure you'll find find all the trades you'll need over in the Wi-Fi boards, Krunkmonkey. I know you were looking for advice, and that is pretty common knowledge, but that's just where you'll find the most bites, so to speak. As for getting ahold of some rare Pokémon, perhaps you should just check out some threads in the various Pokémon Gaming boards? They've got some good tips.
