3rd Gen Hey, I was wondering.....

i agree cheating sucks..... i dont know any more events(all ive seen are emulator types...)

Sorry, no. Nintendo's moved its focus onto events for the DS games. Your best bet (at least, for getting the Eon Ticket -- not sure if you can do the same for the others) aside from hacking is to mix records with someone who has it themselves.

I don't know about swaping records but there is no way to obtain those particular items without the use of a gameshark or action replay.

Okay, umm how do you swap records,

Well, in Ruby and Sapphire (not sure about the other games and am too lazy to look), all you need to do is hook up your games and go to the area where you would normally go to trade. One of the women offer to let you mix records, rather than trade or battle. Just go to her and do as she says.

and is there anyway to hack the game without the use of a Gameshark or Action Replay??

Not that I know of, but then, I don't often try to hack anyway because there's always a risk that one would screw up. *shrug* Sorry.

So action replay is the only way out of this ditch??

At this point, pretty much, unless you happen to meet a Pokemon fan elsewhere (such as at an event) who's willing to get in touch with you about trading.

The only future event I know of is the GameStop Deoxys event. I doubt anybody will bring a GBA with them, so you'd probably need to bring your two GBAs, a link cable and RSE (I'm 99% sure you can mix records in Emerald, but you can't in FR/LG). It would seem likely that someone at the event would have a GBA Pokemon game in their DS.

I wish I still had the "real" Eon Ticket I got from Toys Я Us a few years ago. Basically it was an e-Reader card that you could scan and get the Eon Ticket from.

GameStop will be holding the Deoxys download event on the weekends of June 20 and June 27.

Wrong place , ask in the Newbie Lounge or whatever it's called.
Well, depends on what you mean by creating Pokemon Games.
If you mean editing a current one to your liking, go to ROM Hacking.
If you mean making a .EXE file with RPGMXP, then go to Games Development.

On-Topic:
Well, there aren't gonna be many more (if any) GBA events so...yeah.
