    Hey everyone, i just joined this site and wanted to say hello!

    I hadn't played pokemon for a good 6 years until recently i started getting into it again. Soon i became addicted once again and i am now counting the days until Pokemon Black/White. :D

    One question: If i wanted the game on the day, should i preorder it or would i just be able to go and pick it up on release day?

    Well hi! Glad to see you've gotten back into the franchise. I have a Japanese copy of White, and man I tell ya, it's tons of fun. Even though I can't read it, I love to play it. Simply great, and I can't wait for the English release!

    As for your question, some people like to preorder it, just in case, however I have never preordered games and I still manage to get them on release day. Just depends what you wanna do. But if you're afraid you can't snag a copy, I wouldn't worry too much. Then again, this generation is really popular, so it might not hurt.

    The games are really fun, and it's good to get in and out of the system of Pokemon. After all, you don't want to live your life when all you can think about is Pokemon, right? I'd imagine it like those iPhone adverts, like "Your bike got electrified to a crisp? There's a Pokemon reference for that." That could be somewhat amusing. XD; Anyway, ignore all my rambling on, and have a great welcome to the community! :D

    As for your question about whether to pre-order or not, is really up to personal preference. Pre-ordering means you're definitely going to get it when you pick it up and no one can take your copy from you, which is a pretty good deal. Also a lot of places with big franchises like Pokemon throw in Preorder deals, like if you pre-order the game you'll get something like Zekrom and Reshiram screen cleaners, or Snivy/Tepig/Oshawott stylus'. Some places do it, so I think it's better to pre-order, but that's just my opinion. I actually went out and pre-ordered Pokemon Black for myself today, which is pretty good. The clerk was telling me the game is going to be awesome, and I'm just standing there thinking to myself "Yeah, I know more about Pokemon then you ever will". I think it's only 15 days away here until the games are released, but it's okay for the wait. It's not as bad as some of the games. :)

    Hello! It's always nice for people who fell out with Pokemon to return to the fold. Personally, I'd preorder it, for as good sir Alternative said, no-one can take it from you, and you could get a bonus. I know I preordered mine! Anyway, welcome to PC, if you need anything, I'll be somewhere or another, so just give me a shout!
     
    Hello! Hah, yeah, it seemed as if it was only yesterday when I first joined the site! I WANTED TO ROLEPLAY ALOT! But eh, not as much anymore. :3 [maybe one day when I'm bored.]

    Black and White is going to be exciting! I'm counting the days myself; only a couple of weeks to go! Unfortunately, I haven't pre-ordered the game, so I would have to beat the line to buy the game, HOWEVER! I HAVE A EVIL PLAN! [draws a bunch of scrawls] I SHALL SLEEP IN WALMART OVERNIGHT, AND BE FIRST IN LINE! I'm pretty sure Walmart sells panckaes and waffles there. <3

    ...Okay, I'm kidding. I just have to be there as soon as possible. D= They PROBABLY wouldn't be sold out on the first day anyway. So, as if whether or not you want to pre-order it, its totally up to you. I just thought it would be more beneficial.
