Hi I'm really new to rom editing. I'm trying to make a game based off of the GBA ruby but I'm having a lot of trouble finding/getting all the tools I need to get in order to start. I have found numerous tutorials but (maybe because of how old these programs are?) I'm having a really hard time finding downloads for them. Many of the downloads I do find my Anti-virus flags as spyware and I'm unsure whether it actually IS a virus or if it's just a false alarm because it's freeware.
Does anybody know of a secure place to download GBA rom tools? (as many as possible?)

Yes antiviruses usually do that. I doubt anyone that makes a tool wants to spread any viruses.
