As for the rating, the B/W board or the Rate my Teams board got some nice poeple in it. I don't specifically know which board focuses on rating ingame teams, so better ask a moderator.

You can get your team rated over in the In-game Team Help board - which you'll find in the Strategies and Movesets board. I think you'll find the kiddies over there are much more adept at actually giving you solid advice than most of us who haunt this particular board.

I would move this thread over there, but the posts would be a little irrelevant, and you may wanna take a peek at the rules over in Strategies and Movesets first anyhow.
