And don't resize it!!!
Use a JPEG!!
If you have done it in Photoshop (at least CS), when you save it will ask about compression, make it 11 (it's a "maximum" level but it's not very heavy).

Nice work, but fonts for attack names and effects are wrong. Placement needs a drastic improvement too. Read the tutorial when you get the time. 7/10
