I think it's been determined they will absolutely make this remake. I can't wait. The Hoen is totally my favorite region.

Well we kinda do have a thread which covers travelling to Hoenn called more than just Unova. People have been posting about whether Dive or other things relevant could be included instead of travelling to another region, so you could just use that to really cover that kind of stuff since it's basically borderline on-topic.
And honestly the only significance of Hoenn being mentioned (out of all games - logically "last generation" aka DPPt would make the most sense to randomly refer to) is if they'll hint to R/S remakes. If you think they'll hint to R/S remakes then you should post it in the R/S remakes speculation thread, because although you've mentioned the last line, everyone else has basically posted about Hoenn, and even if you make a thread specifically referring to mentioning regions other than Hoenn, that's kinda... too specific and pretty broad considering we know nothing about the games.
So yeah, if you want to speculate on how R/S remakes will be hinted to in B2/W2, then use the R/S remakes speculation thread (since that's basically all this is).
