[Graphics] How can I change the color of the party screen in Pokemon Emerald?

    I'm talking about the background colors when you look at your Pokemon from the menu or when switching in battle. I have used APE and searched for the colors in VBAs palette viewer but one of the colors in the palette simply does not exist. I even tried replacing every single instance of that color just to test if it would work at it didn't, meaning the party screen must be a compressed palette right? Does anyone know what its offset is?
