How can I enable evolving Pokemon from Gen 2 and Gen 3 in FR/LG without the National Dex?

    I'm in the middle of doing a small FireRed RomHack, and one of the things I want to do is allow evolutions of non-Gen 1 Pokemon with just the regional Kanto Dex, aka allow my Golbat to evolve into Crobat instead of it being forced to stay unevolved until post-game. I really want to change this, so please let me know how to do it if you can.

    Another thing is adding Pokemon to the Kanto Dex, because it would make sense to have Pokemon evolutions/prevolutions in it if they are to be allowed.
