4th Gen how can I give happiness?

I know the thread's name doesn't make it obvious, but:

"My Chingling" thread

In that thread, this question was already asked, along with several answers provided. ^^;
 
Okay, where do you find a soothe bell? and where do I find vitamins or massages to increase a pokemon's happiness?
 
i imported my soothe bell from my firered i think, so i dont know in this game. however, vitamins are in the department store, and you can unlock massages in the resort area when you have a couple of pokemon with a bunch of ribbons with you
