How Can I Replace Pokemon Silver English Title Screen With Japanese One?

    Hi. How can I change the title screen of English Silver Version to the Japanese title screen? Looks like someone used the English ROM and just changed the sprites and stuff to what the original Japanese versions have, I think, at the following link, so now I just want to swap the title screens. Have been trying for 7hrs and am new to this.

    Using a program called LC90, I have been trying to find offsets for the title screen and this is as close as I can find: Found at offset 98000. No idea how to proceed and have been looking at Gold/Crystal disassemblies but not sure what to do.
