4th Gen How Can You Tell If A Drakria is legit

What level is it and what are its stats.
 
well its lvl50 comes in a cherish ball must have a chinese name and where it says met it says somin like "met at a fateful accouter" and says Pokemon Movie 07 all stats and nature depends i think
 
Sorry but assuming it's UT, then its a hack. Serebii's IV calculator read perfect IVs across the board, which is an obvious sign.
