How could a 3DS Pokemon game work?

    With the 3DS now out, it would be obvious for a Pokemon game to come out for it. What do you exactly want for the (supposedly) upcoming game, and what new ideas would you introduce to it?
     
    Well, we have been dying so much for a remake of Ruby/Sapphire. I bet the games will be on the 3DS, but I'm not sure on how it will turn out. Probably a new twist to the plots of Team Magma/Aqua will surprise me a bit.
