[Other] How do I add a new battle move into Pokemon Ruby?

Heeeeeeelp!!! I need to know how to add my own custom move into Ruby. I want to add things like Close Combat, Flare Blitz, ext.
Can somebody walk me through how to do this IN RUBY?
