How Do I Breed a Growlithe with Morning Sun?

So there's this new moveset for Arcanine on Smogon.

One that revolves around the Morning Sun Move.

I don't have Hg/Ss yet and I heard I can only breed Morning Sun on Arcanine with an Espeon in Hg/Ss.

Is there another way I can do this?

If not, is there someone who could breed me one?

No, there isn't. Arcanine can only obtain Morning Sun in the HeartGold and SoulSilver versions.
