[Other] How do I edit what Pokemon can learn TMs? (Red/Blue

    I just figured out how to edit level up moves for Pokemon Red and blue, Now I would like to know how to edit what Pokemon can learn certain TMs and HMs for example I would like Charizard to be able to use HM2 (Fly) and Aerodactyl to know TM26 (Earthquake).

    If anyone could help me it would be appreciated.
