how do i get a chancy with sesmic toss

You either have to get it from the Old Lady from the Battle Shop in Emerald to teach it to a Chansey on there, which costs 24 BP (Battle Points), or go to the Move Tutor in the Pewter Museum from Fire Red or Leaf Green and get the tutor to teach it to a Chansey. I think that is how you do it.

First catch a Chancey in Fire Red (very rare). Then trade it to Pokemon Emerald, then in the Battle Frontier go to one of the ladies (move tutor) with 24 battle points (BP). then Migrate to Diamond

Or you could just catch one in Fire Red and go to the back of the Museum, Utilising Cut. Then talk to one of the Men in a white Labcoat, and teach it Siesmic Toss.

I think he means in Diamond only... if so... then you cant... sorry... only in Emerald and FireRed/LeafGreen
